About this team The main goal of forming my daily discoveries was to:
** connect with other shop owners.
** discover new and different shops daily.
** increase traffic and exposure to all shops.
** create a sounding and opinion board where shop ownerscould ask for help and advice.
** create a unique experience of shopping a large variety ofitems in one place.
Who can join? Forget Me Nots Daily Discoveries is a moderated team with the following requirements: You get one item per day per shop in the gallery but can promote, post new item links and ask anything you want.There is a random blog and banner freature winner drawn each Saturday and Countless treasuries are made throughout the week giving shops even more exposure.We do have a few requirements for joining:* Your shop policies must be in place. This is for your own good and ours, some purchasers will not buy from a shop without policies. If you are a new shop and unsure how to set up policies we will be more than happy to help you do that.* We also need you to tag at least 25% of your sale items with the team tag. Again this is good for you because many team treasuries are made each week and if you don't have team tags your items will not be included. More treasuries = more exposure.* We ask that you participate in the daily threads as much as possible (Once per month at the very least) We are an incredibly diverse group of shops, we have a daily thread and we encourage you to participate. Shops are hard work and we understand people are busy but it only takes a few minutes to stop in and post a link for the gallery and click on the gallery to see what others are posting. We chat a lot about life but more importantly we chat about our shops, hints, tips, critiques etc, you will find a thousand helpful nooks and crannies in the daily thread that could help you improve your shop and your shop traffic.

Welcome to Lost River Rags & CandleLights Blog...
(A very neglected blog...until now!)
We are a small home based Bath & Body business from Broadway, VA. However, we got our start in Lost River, WV...hence the name Lost River Rags.
Here at LRRCL, we create hand crafted & hand poured soaps, lotions, body splashes/room fragrances, soy candles, & hand knits. Our products are created with ever day use in mind as well as for wedding favors, gifts, promotional items for other business, & just about anything.
We specialize in Goat's Milk Soaps but we're also creating Shea Butter & Glycerin Soaps...both of which are Vegan Friendly.
